Dong-Yol Yoon

Dong-Yol Yoon is the president and founder of Yoon & Lee. His comprehensive knowledge of the processes and issues involved in intellectual property law stems from his experience in product design, both as a patent applicant active in polymer chemistry research within the chemical industry and as a patent attorney. He has published extensively on the doctrine of equivalents and other legal aspects of intellectual property; and has lectured on intellectual property law at Yonsei University, Seoul. Dong-Yol Yoon is a former President of the Korean Regional Group of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and a former President of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association (KPAA). Currently, Dong-Yol Yoon is a president of Intellectual Property Forum (IPForum).
